The Company was founded in February 2005 after Maxine Cadogan, a former Business Development Manager of seven years with the Barbados Tourism Authority and Walter Broomes an entrepreneur with Barbadian roots recognized a need to assist visitors with creating customized vacations to Barbados that are based on individual client needs and expectations.

Walter Broomes owned, operated and managed a Water Sports business in Barbados and worked with visitors to the island on a day to day basis from 1980 – 1995. He is a qualified dive specialist and water skiing instructor who’s not only familiar with the waters that surround Barbados but has abundant knowledge of the island and everything it has to offer. He’ll assist you with the basic in's & outs of the island and recommend ways to capture your ultimate Barbados experience.

As a former Business Development Manager of the Barbados Tourism Authority (1998-2005), Maxine Cadogan has had the liberty of visiting and/or staying at the majority of hotels and properties in Barbados. She has personally experienced most of the tours and activities available on island and has eaten at many of the restaurants. She specializes in assisting with the creation of tailored vacation experiences to Barbados, and has assisted many individuals and groups (sports, wedding, incentive, etc.) with the planning and coordination of their dream vacations to the island.
