NEAR BEACH: Ascot Estate is made up of a 5-bedroom Great House and three beautifully designed two-bedroom cottages, all set around colourful tropical gardens and an inviting swimming pool. Located in a peaceful and very private setting this beautiful home is only few minutes walk to one of Barbados’ most popular beaches; Gibbs Beach. Ascot Great House itself offers a spacious, relaxing reception room and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, laundry room, a large master bedroom, a second and third double bedroom located on the on the upper floor. On the lower level, you will find a fourth bedroom and a fully equipped self-contained studio apartment with kitchen, bedroom and en suite bathroom, giving you five bedrooms in the main house. All bedrooms come with en suite bathrooms. THE COTTAGES - Each of the three spacious cottages has a living/dining room, terrace, modern kitchen and two double air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Guests can come alone, with family and/or friends, or book the whole estate for their use. Ascot House Estate can comfortably accommodate twenty-two guests in its eleven double air-conditioned bedrooms. The Great House can be rented as a 3, 4 or 5-bedroom accommodation at reduced rates. NOTE: Rates are NOT subject to the 7.5% VAT and at the Christmas/New Year period, a supplement of 30% will be added to all rentals. |
