NEAR BEACH: Ascot Estate is made up of a 5-bedroom/5-bathroom Great House and three beautifully designed 2-bedroom/2-bathroom cottages, all set around colourful tropical gardens and an inviting swimming pool. Located in a peaceful and very private setting this beautiful home is only few minutes walk to one of Barbados’ most popular beaches; Gibbs Beach. Ascot Great House itself offers a spacious, relaxing reception room and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, laundry room, a large master bedroom, a second and third double bedroom located on the on the upper floor. On the lower level, you will find a fourth bedroom and a fully equipped self-contained studio apartment with kitchen, bedroom and en suite bathroom, giving you five bedrooms in the main house. All bedrooms come with en suite bathrooms. THE COTTAGES - Each of the three spacious cottages has a living/dining room, terrace, modern kitchen and two double air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Guests can come alone, with family and/or friends, or book the whole estate for their use. Ascot House Estate can comfortably accommodate twenty-two guests in its eleven double air-conditioned bedrooms. The Great House can be rented as a 3, 4 or 5-bedroom accommodation at reduced rates. Complementary Internet access can be provided on request for guest, if required a TV and DVD player can be rented at an additional charge. Maid service is two (2) day a week, if clients require additional maid service to continue they can do so at their own expense. If need be a cook can also be arranged at the client’s expense, cooks are subject to availability. We can also pre-stock the villa/cottages with start-up groceries for you at an additional cost. For the Christmas/New Year period a supplement of 30% will be added to all rentals. Rentals rates are NOT subject to the 8.75% VAT. |
